What is virgin hair?

Virgin hair is hair that has not been dyed, bleached, straightened, or chemically treated in any way. All of our hair is in its natural state and cut from the donor's scalp, with the cuticle intact and aligned in the same direction. This prevents the hair from matting and tangling. The hair is extremely healthy, and will look gorgeous, wash after wash. All hair from SkyyLuxe can be bleached (up to #613), colored and styled with hot styling tools.

How much hair do I need?

A full sew-in weave with our luxury virgin hair, would need approximately 2-3 bundles, depending on length of hair purchased. Don’t forget the golden rule: "The longer the hair, the shorter the weft." At SkyyLuxe, we strongly recommend purchasing up to 3 bundles of hair for lengths 14” to 18” and 3 or more bundles for lengths 20″ or longer. Each of our bundles weighs 3.5-4oz.

How long does the hair last?

Our premium, luxury virgin hair can last for a very long time. Good care and maintenance are essential! Our clients generally use their hair for up to 3 years.

Hair Maintenance Tips

Here are some tips to help manage and maintain your bundles:

Be sure to co-wash your bundles, prior to install. Shampoo at least once a week.
Use a shampoo no higher than pH7. Do NOT massage.
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Apply conditioner, comb through with a wide tooth comb, starting with the ends working your way up to your scalp.
Rinse thoroughly with cool water.
Let air dry.
Be sure to braid hair down and sleep with a satin scarf .


How long does it take for my order to ship?

At SkyyLuxe Virgin Hair & Lashes, all of our bundles are acquired directly from our vendor source. We use USPS for all of our shipping needs. We require up to 2-3  business days for your order to process. Once your order is processed, your order will be shipped. Tracking information will be provided by email.
