How long does it take for my order to ship?

At SkyyLuxe Boutique, our virgin hair is acquired directly from our vendor source. We use USPS for all of our shipping needs. We require up to 4  business days for your order to process. Once your order is processed, your order will be shipped. Tracking information will be provided by email. NO ORDERS WILL SHIP PRIOR TO PAYMENT PROCESSING.

Can I make changes to my order?

​SkyyLuxe Boutique is committed to providing you the best experience possible. We will try to accommodate any reasonable change request prior to your order shipping. Please send all order requests to sales@skyyluxe.com.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our product, and federal health regulations, all of our hair extensions and mink lashes are final sale. We do not offer refunds on hair extension and mink lash purchases.

If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to correct any issues with your merchandise.

We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. Hair cannot be brushed, washed, fingered through, combed, cut, or taken out of the bundle. Closures and frontals must have lace intact. Minx Lashes packaging must not be opened or altered. Our hair products undergo a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best virgin hair.
